1. New XERO Reports from 1st August 2023
Old reports will retire on 31 July (NZT). Make the switch to new reports now so you’re
prepared.
2. Foreign Currencies are now available for new reports
Foreign currencies are now available for new reports. View the Balance Sheet, Profit
and Loss (Income Statement), and Budget Variance reports in any currency enabled within your Xero organization.
More foreign currency options are available for six other reports: the Receivable and
Payable Invoice Summary and Detail, Income by Contact, and Expenses by Contact reports.
You can now:
View transactions in the currency they were created
View foreign currency and base currency side by side
Filter, group and sort data by currency
Improvements to the Realised Gains and Losses report:
Available as a stand-alone report in the Report Centre
‘Accounts Payable’ and ‘Accounts Receivable’ are now available in one view
Display one, some or all currencies
‘Contact’ and ‘Currency’ columns are now available
Renamed columns for clarity
Customisable columns and filters
There’s a new version of the Journal report with extra features. You can now:
Select convenience dates for common accounting periods
Customize columns, including the new ‘Description’ column
Add filters
Now you can get onboard to XERO Cloud Accounting and make accounting so much easier for you.
