There is 5 types of Jabra Speak and they are differentiated by UC and MS.

I will be briefly going through which is good for personal use for work from home and which is good for usage in the office.
Jabra SPEAK 410
The basic out of the 5 types available.
It is lightweight and portable. This can be used for work from home or can be used in the office for small meetings, up to 4 pax. Can be connected to 1 device and connection would be via USB.
Jabra Speak 710
Weighing at only 298g, it offers a long lasting battery life of 15 hours.
Good for meeting which have up to 6 pax. Or you can also pair 2 Jabra Speak 710 to host a meeting of up to 12 pax. Can be connected to a laptop, smartphone or tablet using USB or bluetooth. Bluetooth connectivity is up to 30m.
Jabra Speak 810
It offers Bluetooth Class 1 connectivity of up to 30m.
Connect to your smartphone or tablet simply by plugging in the attached 3.5mm jack cable into the headset port.
With full compatibility with UC systems and VOIP clients, it offers seamless integration and call control with leading UC systems/PC softphones, such as Microsoft Skype for Business, IBM Sametime, Cisco, Avaya and Skype.
It focuses on human voice instead of noises with Zoomtalk microphone.
