Peppol e-invoicing allows you to send and receive electronic invoices through the Peppol network which in Singapore, is known as InvoiceNow.
Companies have to be registered on Peppol in order to send and receive e-invoices.
If you send an invoice to a customer, your customer can receive it directly and they do not have to manually key invoices into their accounting software which may in a way makes it easier for them to process invoices. Reduce human error and time for checking through the information keyed in.
If a supplier send you an invoice, you do not have to key manually either as it will be reflected in your accounting software. This makes everything much easier as compared to having to do stuffs manually.

XERO is one of the approved software which can be linked to InvoiceNow!
E-invoicing is included in Xero Starter, Standard and Premium plans; you don’t need to purchase any additional add-on or external service.
XERO is also available for PSG Grant and Ace Business Pte Ltd is an approved vendor.
