Save on Xero with Productivity Solutions Grant

Receive up to 50% funding support via the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) when you adopt Xero via a pre-approved PSG vendor.

What is the Productivity Solutions Grant?

A joint initiative by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Enterprise Singapore, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) supports companies keen on adopting IT solutions and equipment to enhance business processes.

PSG supports the adoption of solutions that cut across industries, such as in areas of customer management, data analytics, financial management and inventory tracking.

Announced at Supplementary Budget 2020, PSG has been enhanced to encourage enterprises to continue their digitalisation and productivity upgrading efforts. From 1 April 2023 onwards, the maximum support level will be up to 50%.

Who is eligible for the PSG?

SMEs can apply for the PSG if they meet the following criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore

  • Subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore

  • Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding

  • Company's Group annual sales turnover not more than S$100 million, or employment size not more than 200 employees

Save on Xero with SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit

Eligible employers can receive a one-off $10,000 SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes.

Under the $10,000 SFEC , S$7,000 of the credit can be used for enterprise transformation, to encourage employers to embark on both enterprise and workforce transformation programmes. This amount can be used to offset the cost of Xero up to 90%.

Eligibility

There is no need to apply for SFEC. Your credit will be automatically used on supportable programmes that you have applied for.

Employers have to meet the eligibility criteria of the individual SFEC-supportable programmes before they can draw down the credit.

Eligible employers have been qualified over 5 qualifying periods. Refer to the Enterprise Portal for Jobs and Skills here for more details.

Final claims for SFEC-supportable programmes must be submitted to the respective agencies by 30 June 2025.
